Do you mean a One For All URC-3021 remote? The manual and code lists are available here: http://www.oneforall.com/support/manual . Enter Universal Remote and then the model in the drop down menus. The Dynex TVs are usually made by LG/Zenith. You can try the Zenith codes: 0017, 0463, 0178, 0092 .

However, universal remotes are usually limited to having only codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your TV is newer than your remote, you may need a new remote.

Seiki is 0001 remote code

To program your URC-3021 remote control to operate your TV, the remote has a code search function.

To search for a code for your TV:

1. On the remote control, press TV once.


2. Press and hold SET until the LED blinks twice, then release SET.


3. Enter 9 - 9 - 1.The LED will blink twice.


4. Aim the remote control at the the TV and slowly alternate between pressing POWER and TV. Stop when the TV turns off.


5. To lock in the code, press and hold SET until the LED blinks twice, then release SET.
