Hi here some solution plz try them all
1. Click start>control panel>sound speech and audio>sounds and audio devices>audio
Makes sure your sound card is selected and actually there. Select the sound card on all options, click ok. Test winamp again.
If it's not showing you a sound card, you need a driver. Is it showing the sound card?
So then you need this:

"restore the system "
choose a date before your pc when your pc was ok. i went 3 days before
the pc will restart and everything will be like before, now you have sound on my pc
you dont lost information you can return in dates, thats what windows says
it will take you 5 minutes or less

Try clicking Start=>Run=>"services.msc" (without the quotes)
Look towards the bottom of the services list for "Windows Audio"
Does it say "Started"? If not, right-click it and try to start it
