It is possible that some debris has entered the fan and is preventing it from spinning fast enough to be detected. Try opening up the back and blowing out the fan area. Check to be sure that the fan spins freely (with the power off/unplugged) and try again. Let us know how you make out.

I don't have a schematic for this model. So try this.. .when you open the back of the set, you can readily see two fans, a smaller one on the left, and a slightly larger one on the right. Fan #3 should be behind the larger fan in the front and slightly to the right of it. I would first see if it is operating. You can try to clean it with compressed air ensuring you rotate the fan in its normal direction and don't overdo it. If you can hold the blades so that they are not rotated by the compressed air too fast or at all. You might have to slide the main assembly out to get at it and there should be videos on youtube that show yours or a similar model. Anything further I suggest a trained technician.

Check fan 2 message is on the bottom of the screen, what does that mean?

Check the fans for dust and dirt if duirty clean them. If you do not see any that are dirty then it means Fan is defective if it stops running while set is trying to come on.

Can't find the cooling fan

Unfortunately, you apparently got information from someone who has not had training on your set. A 4 flash on your set indicates a vertical stop, meaning that the vertical drive circuit has shutdown. Possible causes are a bad vertical drive or vertical output IC. I can't be more specific because I would have to check a couple of things, starting with the 135 volt power supply line to see if it is coming up. You can stop looking for a cooling fan because this set does not have one.

Samsung hlp5063wx fan

Quite possibly; the set apparently is sensing the operation of the cooling fan and that is probably defective. These sets generate a great deal of heat in specific areas and with no fan, they would quickly fail from heat alone.
You should be able to spot the likely place for the fan if you remove the lower back panel of the set. If is probably a 'commodity' fan that is available from multiple sources; I wouldn't go to Samsung first since they will mark it up a bunch.
If you can gain access to the fan and it isn't just being impeded by an accumulation of dust, get the make and model number of the fan from the label (almost always present) and do a search on the information you find.

Trying to replace lamp fan

First let make sure it's the Lamp fan. What many people think is the fan, And by the way there are three fans in this model, What sound like a fan is in fact a color wheel. So listen to the set as it starts up, these Samsungs make certain sounds when they start. First after you hit the power button you get the "Samsung Tones" from the speakers, second ALL the Fans start 1 to 2 seconds later the color wheel starts then stabilizes, third you may here the lamp fire. So if the sound takes two to three seconds after you turn the set on it's the color wheel BP96-00250A Now when it shuts down its like this First the shutdown "Samsung Tones" then watching from the back after a few seconds the lamp will shut off, then the color wheel stops but all the other fans remain on for about 2 minutes. I've worked on thousands of these and in only one or two was the problem a fan. but on the other hand I have enoghf bad color wheels I was able to make a pertty inpressive Christmas decoration
