Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

MSI N430GT MD2GD3 and Asus P5GZ-MX, is it compatible?

The only problem I can see is. the graphics card requires a PCI-E x16 slot and the motherboard has a PCI-E x4 slot. It should work, but not to the speed it is capable of reaching. The other thing that may be holding you back is the power supply. From looking at the graphics card spec I would expect to fit at least a 700w PSU To the tower. But without knowing the spec of your computer (CPU, Memory and Drives) and the exact symptoms, I can't be more specific.

I have an Asus P5GZ-MX mother board and all i get on screen is a message that says No Signal help Me

Your problem is with getting video from your graphics card. I would suggest you check your cables from your monitor side and then the cable that attaches to your video card one side or the other may not be connected tightly. Unplug them and replug them in make sure on both ends they are on tight and screwed down tightly. If they are both tight on both ends then the problem is with your video card. If its been working ok all along then it possibly may have failed and you may need to replace it.

I hope this helps you out and if it does please leave a Yes on the response that I have given you. Thank you.

Pci express will not work

Your N9600GT provides two HDMI out puts for dual display.
Even though you are currently only using one HDMI. Switch your monitor cable to the other HDMI out put. See if you now have display.
Also while in the bios allow, Page 2-27 in manual, Allocate IRQ to PCI set to [Yes]. Page 2-24, Internal Graphics Mode Select, [Disable]

Luck!

Which graphic cards is supported in asus p5gz-mx motherboard

You should be able to use any graphics card with a pci-express x16 connection. Just a note, Make sure when shopping for a graphics card that you pay attention to the required wattage of the card. This needs to be lower than the wattage of you systems power supply.
