I just replaced the entire fuser unit and the fuser oil unit. Do I need to do a reset, and, if so, how do I do that? Thanks

Unfortunately That sequence didn't work to get me in service mode. There are the following buttons: Online, Menu, Cancel, Enter, left and right arrows and up/down arrows.

Check the fuser thermistor and transfer roller continuity.

You need to enter service mode to reset the SC CODE:

Press the “Up/Down arrow” keys together for about 5 seconds, then
press the “Enter” key.

Use the keys to move down to service mode 5 - SP5-XXX (MODE) and press ENTER

Search through to 810 - SC RESET, Press ENTER and a reset will be executed. Once reset, power off the unit and back on.

PLEASE do not alter anything else within the service mode as damage may occur.
