If you don't see a POST/BIOS screen pop up then the issue is hardware based, the easiest way to get this resolved is to get it repaired or replaced under warranty, check your warranty here:
if it is under warranty then you can go to the follow page to initiate a service request:
If the laptop is not under warranty, take it to a computer shop (you may end up having to pay a bit of money for the repair)
