Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S2386 Notebook
When i turn my computer on there is a blck screen with a blue box that says enter password. what is the default password or how do i fix the problem? its is a toshiba satellite a135-s2276 Well, I had the same problem with the BIOS password. However, I want to thank PCTService for the awesome solution. Cheers!!
What you need to do is pull both the laptop battery as well as the cmos battery. in some instances, the battery can be pulled, but on other models, i have seen the battery as an actual physical part on the motherboard or somewhere where it is not easily accessible, in which case you need to clear the cmos by using a jumper on the motherboard, since it is a laptop, they are all different. you may need to see if you can locate a copy of the motherboards schematics and go from there.

I had the same problem with my A135-S2386. I called the Toshiba help desk and they said there is a problem with Bios in this computer. They sent me a packing box and fixed the computer at no charge to me. I had my computer back within 2 weeks!
