Yes, there 'may' be a chance. Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove and then click on the program. If you're lucky it will offer to repair the installation. If the temporary install files are still on your PC then you'll be fine. If not, Corel does offer a disc replacement program. You'll asked to support your request with some explanation. Just don't tell them your dog got a hold of your disc. Say you lost it in a move/divorce, etc. anything plausible and if at all possible the truth as they actually use, believe it or not, truth meters on their phone lines that measure stress in your voice. Kind of sounds like SciFi, but sadly true based on all the fake calls they get.

    Good Luck,
    Worldvet

Could not initialize photoshop because scratch disks are full

Check to see if your system has enough memory and hard drive space. Photoshop should tell you how much memory and space you need. If this is a problem, you'll need to free up space. Photoshop may need to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
The scratch disks are areas of memory that hold your edits. If you don't have enough memory, you'll need to install more.

Cannot play video from you tube

Hi, Supported formats include DAT, MPEG, DivX, XviD, WMV, ASF, AVI, and MOV, as are common codecs like FLV1, AC3, OGG, MP4, and H263. A pop-out playlist can save and organize your various media files, though the limited sort modes--two--hardly makes it a champ.
so u just uninstall you Gom player then reinstall http://download.cnet.com/GOM-Media-Player/3000-13632_4-10551786.html

Get "Error 1305" when I try to reinstall my

Error 1305 means that the computer is not reading the disk. Most likely you have a dirty, or scratched disk. It could be that another program or process is keeping the disc
1. First make sure that the old program is completely uninstalled.
2. Restart your computer. Keep all other programs closed.
3. Clean the disc with a lint free cloth.
4. If this doesn't work, wash the disk with warm water, and allow to dry thoroughly, another suggestion would be to purchase a CD cleaning kit.
5. See if the disc works in another computer or drive. The problem could be your CD-ROM drive. Older drives cannot read dirty or scratched discs as well.
If the above steps do not work, it is likely you will have to replace the disc.

Downloaded itunes but it will not open or run with my windows xp

Is it giving any kind of error message or is just not responding to your clicking on it? Have you tried reight clicking on the icon and choosing open, and if you have is tghere a different response?

If the program is not responding, I would recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall iTunes to fix the issue.

You may also try the following:

First, please make sure that you have the latest firmware and drivers available for your CD/DVD-ROM drive. This can be done by visiting the CD/DVD-ROM manufacturers website.
Then, clear out your C:\WINDOWS\TEMP directory (this is a storage area where files are stored before they are installed). Delete everything in this file, and your problem may be solved completely.
If this does not work, you may also need to clear out your Internet cache (temporary Internet files):
(Internet Explorer)
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools -> Internet Options.
3a. In IE6 - Click on the 'Delete Files...' button on the Genral Tab
3b. In IE7 - Click on the 'Delete' button under the Browsing History section of the General Tab.
(Mozilla Firefox)
1. Open Firefox.
2. Click on Tools -> Options
3. Click on the Advanced tab -> Network Tab.
4. Click on the 'Clear Now' button under the Cache section.

- Empty your recycle bin

- Run Scandisk
1. Click Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools
2. Select Scandisk
3. Select your hard drive. If you have more than one, you should scan each drive individually.
4. Click Standard
5. Check Automatically fix errors.
6. Click Start

- Run Defrag
1. Click Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools
2. Select Disk Defragmenter
3. Select the hard drive you wish to defrag and click ok.

I hope this answers your question.
Thank you for visiting FixYa for your solutions.

Photoshop freezes when trying to open

You may be lacking RAM. Add more RAM because graphics applications like Photoshop requires a lot of RAM (e.g. 512 MB or 1 Gig) to work properly. Also inspect if your hard disk (especially C drive) is full. At least 10% of the hard drive must be free to enable programs to work.

Adobe Reader

This is a nice little FREE utility you can try. Install Microsoft "Windows Installer CleanUp Utility" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/en-us
If you find (PROGRAM NAME) listed just hit the delete button.
This will take care of the MSI problem.
Then do the normal Uninstall.
Uninstall Adobe Reader, do a search for all "Adobe" files and delete them. Go to the Adobe website and install the newest Adobe Reader 8.1 program.
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
CLEAN INSTALL needed here.
This time after the Uninstall, shut down completely for at least 30 seconds, and then restart.
Then do a search for 'all files and folders' - search for both 'Adobe' and then '7.0', with the options "Search system folders", "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search subfolders" checked. Delete all of those related files found.
You should do this search and delete whenever you Uninstall any programs. It will remove lots and lots of leftover junk files and corrupted files taking up room on your hard drive. It will also give you a "clean install" when you reinstall or install an updated program. (Do this ESPECIALLY when re-installing or updating to a NEW anti-virus programs and “Internet Security Suite” programs such as McAfee or Norton etc.)
BEFORE RE-INSTALLING Adobe 8.1 it's the NEW VERSION!
Download and install "Registry Mechanic" then do the updates prior to running it and removing anything for the first time. This will get rid of all your current Registry errors, prior to installing or reinstalling.
