Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.

I changed the batteries & my mouse has stopped working any ideas

Sounds like you need to sync the mouse back up with the computer. A lot of the time there is a button on the bottom of the mouse that need to be pushed in order to resync it with the computer. If you have the manual for your mouse it will more then likely have the instructions on how to do this for your particular mouse there.
Good Luck.

I put in new batteries ! how do I reboot it

You can unplug the usb cable and replug it on the computer(the one for the keyboard and mouse) if that does not do the trick. On the wireless broadcaster there is a connect button to sync up the keyboard and mouse, press it (some models need it to be pressed for 3-5 secs) then press the same buttons under the keyboard and mouse. This should sync the mouse and keyboard and you are on your way!

I own a Logiech wireless keyboard & mouse combo (Model No. MK 250). The keyboard works fine. the mouse has a red light and just stops working abruptly. I have tried another wireless mouse and it works...

Try resyncing the mouse, especially if you just replaced the batteries. Press the sync button on the receiver and then the one on the bottom of the mouse.

I moved my computer from one home to the other, also installed new batteries, now my mouse or keyboard will not respond to any commands.

some wireless mouse keyboard combos have a unique way to sync them to their receiver. Even if they aren't together, they still might require you sync them to the receiver. (usually a button on the receiver and the keyboard/mouse that you press together). If this doesnt help, please clarify the Brand and Model of your keyboard and mouse.

I need to reset my wireless mouse and computer, but cannot navigate on the screen without these tools. Please help. :)

Turn the computer off. Find the reset button on the keyboard & the other on the mouse. Sometimes they list the button as "calibrate" or even "Sync". Some models require that you push both buttons at the same time and hold them down to reset them to working order. Others only have one button on the mouse or keyboard to reset the calibration.

Reseting the mouse and keyboard has nothing to do with the pc. You can reset them with commands from your computer.

After you push the reset buttons, turn your computer on and see if your keyboard and mouse are now available.

This should solve your problem.

Keyboard not working but mous is working

Sounds like the keybaord, mouse, and receiver are out of sync. Under the keyboard is the Connect button. Press it, then press the Connect button under the receiver that's connected to your computer. You may want to do the same with the mouse as well, just so all three components are properly sync'd at the same time.

If that doesn't do it, try reversing the order (receiver Connect, then the keyboard Connect button).

I have a wireless Rosewill keyboard.changed the batteries now letters are repeating & some not working or working slow.Should I unplug the control box to reset?Wireless mouse not working...

You should try just re-syncing the devices. Press the sync button on the USB receiver itself (the part the plugs into the computer) and then press the corresponding sync buttons on the keyboard and mouse. It will usually be a small button underneath the device.
