Question about Sharp AQUOS LC-32GP1U 32 in. LCD HDTV
My new TV has functioned fine for about a month and now the sound has started to fade in and out every few seconds.
This unit should be under warranty. DO NOT open it up as that would void the warranty. I would try and see if there is a pattern to when the sound fades. This will be helpful to the service center. At the very least, log a service call stating that the problem is intermittant. Then if the problem goes away on its own, but re-appears after the warranty is over, you should still receive warranty coverage.
