HI,

Did you try reseting the device?

Well i believe updating the firmware will fix your problem.

Connect your USB cable to your computer but do not connect to your mp3.
Hold down the toggle switch on the mp3 while turning it on. Then insert
the other end of the USB cable to the mp3. This should allow your
    computer to recognize the mp3.

Now go to website: support.rcaaudiovideo.com (no www. prefix). Go to "
software updates". Click on "mp3 players" a couple of times and then your model
"H125". Then click on "H115 and H125 Lyra Upgrade Utility" and follow
    the directions from there.

    Goodluck..

Hold down the control stick WHILE plugging it into your computer. That
is, hold it down, and keep it held while you plug it in. Should get it
    to recognize.
    Next, go HERE
and download the firmware update, and run it. Follow the on-screen instructions and it should fix the problem.
(If that link brings you to a menu, just click mp3 players > mp3 players > H125 to find a link to the update.

You may try restoring your mp3 player to factory settings and then loading the music back. Make sure you have a back up of your files before restoring though.

My samsung YPK3 mp3 player is fully charged and when I go to turn it on, it freezes on the loading screen. I tried the reset button, but it didn't do anything except turn it off.

try to remove all the music on your mp3 player, copy it on your computer so you can put it back later,
after removing all the music try to open it, then if your mp3 player loads completely turn it off then put back the music files

hope this thing helps?

Copied files, not to be found once mp3 player is turned off.

Plug in your mp3 player and remove any music or what ever you have on it then open explorer and click on tools and then folder options and then view click on don't show hidden files hit okay... Then check your mp3 player for a USB mode make it mtp or msc...Mtp makes it a mp3 player Msc makes it a disk drive it doesn't matter which now start Dragging and dropping your music in to your mp3 player.................When you put files which are hidden in the player the can't be seen by the player

Music not found on player

I have fixed this, and I hate this player, however this is the solution

I've uploaded ALL YOU'LL EVER NEED on this rapidshare link, I format my player and bringit back to life with only this...
http://rapidshare.com/files/106001227/Player.rar.html

1.- unrar to the player
2.- try if it works, if not go to 2.1
2.1.- install the software, included in the rar file, then try if it works it should

IMPORTANT: when you have manage to make it work do this, it will save you a lot of time

1.- browse your player to the system/data folder and backup those files, if you get any future troubles (like no music found, strange characters instead of artist's list) replace those files with your backup, backup those files always after adding new music!!!

2.- save the rar file I've uploaded, if you have the wmp plugin already installed and you get the "Oh dear this hard disk doesn't work" message again, just format the player, and put every single file from the rar to the player

3.- excuse my english...
any further problems --> msn: sebastianoo7@hotmail.com
