Sharp MX-2300N Moved to a new location and the fax will not pick up when a fax comes in. It just rings and rings and does not pick up the fax. Worked fine at old location.

The U2 errors are usually related to memory or board level issues. You should try to disconnect the fax and network and then kill the main power inside the cover. Turn the main power on and then when you get a solid green light on the control panel press that power switch. If the machine boots with everything disconected then try conecting the options one at a time and try rebooting each time to see if you can narrow down the problem.
which model do you have. you have listed two different models in you post mx2300 is color MX260 is b/w.
Anyway the mm9 is a memory module for fax not a fax kit. The fax kit is a Fxx7 I think
