Try pressing the delete key every two seconds at boot up to get into the bios. F keys are used for pre-assembled systems. They often use F2, F10, & F12 to enter the bios.

you must try to go the website from your manufacturer computer and according with your model, download the BIOS update. otherwise you must see when your turn on the system see what version BIOS use and searh in Internet for to download

Looking for bios update

Go to Epox site
Select the file you want to download, in your case BIOS
find your 8RDaI3-pro, its a bit down on the list
klick OK
the site will take you to next level, there u find 2 diferent BIOS-updates, both from 2005, select the one you want and download it'

I am not sure what version of the Bios you are currently running but the drivers at this site are V 1.19 and seem to be the latest drivers put out for your motherboard. The bios are good for all Win
