My phone model is SGH-B520. I am not able to hear anything while making calls or attending incoming?

Hi, what makes you not to hear anything when making calls is because the earpiece is faulty.

The earpiece is a small speaker at the top of the phone where you put on the ear in other for you to hear anything when calling. You need to replaced it with another.

When you replaced the speaker, you will now be able to hear when people call you.

Take care.

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece of your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear anything while calling.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece of your phone so as hear people while you call or when they call you.

Change the earpiece of your phone as advice and you will see that you will hear clearly when calling people.

Take care.

Hello!

Y ou cant hear anything if the ear piece is bad get a technician to check it with a multimeter if faulty replace it .
