Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5100 All-In-One Printer
Please go to the following page for Windows 7
Copy and paste that page into your browser and hit the enter key. Click the download button for SOFTWARE (important). Download and install the drivers and software, once the printer is under your control and has the correct drivers then download the FIRMWARE update and follow the instructions to apply the update. This will send new instructions to your printer that are independent or your computer so be sure not to disconnect during the installation. Also, again be sure that you have correctly installed the software drivers first before updating the printer to its optimum state with firmware.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
