Question about Fujitsu fi-5120C
We are scanning pages and get a pop up error that there may be a paper jam. However, there is not a paper jam, we have cleaned the scanner & still get the message. Please help!!
Please clean the separation pad and the pick roller.
If this don't help change them.

on the admin utility go to the errors tab and remove the out of paper action, return error
the disadvantage of that is you have to click on the scan icon to start scanning.
