MAJIC JACK VOLUME IS TOO LOW.

Look into the Majic Jack software for volume controls. You could try increasing the volume controls that are in Windows.

Click Start/Control Panel or Start/Settings/Control Panel and look for Audio or Sound. Open it and increase the volume.

You can also get to the Audio or Sound by clicking the megaphone at the bottom right near the time and adjust the volume.

I turn my volume completely up but can bearly hear anything and the green volume indicatoer bearly moves even though it is at the top. How do I get move volume.

The speakers have a volume control and your operating system has volume control. Check both.

If you still have a problem some music and video players also have their own volume controls so look for them.

Good luck!

Acertravelmate4000 got it used, don,t know how to turn off mute, turn on or up volume

The volume may be muted. In Windows, look at the volume
control (speaker) icon on the taskbar. If it is crossed-out, click on
the icon and deselect the Mute option.
The speakers may be turned off. Press Fn-F8 to turn the speakers
on (this hot key also turns the speakers off).
The volume level may be too low. In Windows, look at the volume
control icon on the taskbar.
Fn-? Volume up Increases the sound volume. Fn-? Volume down Decreases the sound volume.

If this helps u let me know
regards
