Question about HP LaserJet 4000tn Printer
This is a message that I received from one of my customers:
"Need to have the HP LaserJet 4000TN looked at by local support. The printer is printing but printing an extra edge on one side of the paper. "
The printer is printing a black line down the left side of the paper. Does the print cartridge just need to be changed or refilled?
How do I solve this problem?

Your fuser is bad. Easily replaceable. Two screws and it is out.
Problem will stop.
If the line was in the MIDDLE of the page (not on the edge) then it would be the cartridge.

Change the toner cartridge, refilling will not solve the problem.
