Sounds like a possible bad board or blown fuse. I recommend going to a Professional Tech. on this because monitors have a "POTENTIAL to SHOCK with HIGH VOLTAGE that can KILL YOU"!!!!!!!!
If you do not know what you are doing and have the proper tools and safety equipment to deal with it.
People have been Shocked by monitors that have been unplugged for weeks even months later.
