Fuser warm up failure. This means that the fusing unit did not heat up properly or if it did the the thermistors which monitor the tempurature did not tell the machine it was warming up. Try to reset by pressing the Clear/Modes key, then 1, 0, 7, then press and hold the Clear/Stop key for a few seconds. When you get the sp mode screen just turn off then back on the main power switch.
If the code comes back you are going to need a service tech out to diagnose what part is defective. Most common are the thermistors.
