Question about Insignia IS-LCDTV32 32 in. Television
All the functions on the TV don't work except the power button. The remote is the same. The only switch that works is the power button both on the remote and on the TV. What do I do? I had a problem awhile ago with two of the capacitors that went bad and had them replaced, but now I have all the functions not working. What do I do?

It would be our pleasure to help you with getting your DISH Network remote to control your Insignia TV. We're going to start by pressing and holding the TV button located on the top of your remote until all mode button back lights come on, and then release. Use the number buttons to enter the codes for your TV; here are some of the codes we currently have: 834, 538, 720, 000, 834, and 697. Press the pound (#) button. To check that the code works try several different functions on the remote to make sure it will properly operate the TV. Remember that some codes may not be compatible with your equipment. If this is the case, try the other codes listed for your Insignia TV until you find one that is compatible with it.
We hope this helps and thank you for being a valued DISH Network customer!
