Wheel keeps slowing down

Typically this occurs from a lack of air pressure. So check the psi from your supply. If its below 90 psi you can expect a lack of power and the wheel to slow. Another thought is their could be build up inside the grinder. Recomended Preventitive Maintiance suggest a few drops of oil before use.

Frequent malfunction of grinder, due to inside mechanical worn out.

Please do not take this as me being dis-respectful. If you order replacement parts, by the time you pay shipping and the cost of the the part it would be more than a new grinder. I am only trying to save you lots of money. See for yourself:

Hope this helps you out.

Most die grinder throttles feature a spring-loaded "kickstand" mechanism between the throttle lever and the body of the grinder, which prevents the throttle from opening (being pressed down towards the body of the grinder) without operator intervention. This prevents the die grinder from accidentally activating.
