The furnace is going into a safe mode. You have one or more sensors out. You need to open the front door of the furnace and check the control board for error signes

How can I get the fan to turn off when the microwave is turned off?

Most GE over the range microwave ovens have a cavity heat thermostat. if the exhaust fan cut on due to external heat generated to oven, the fan will run until unit totally cools down. in this case unplug unit. Also fan can run if you have a broken door paw or if one of the door secondary switches is bad.

1992 Ford Tempo Coolant Fan

the "sensor " near the thermostat should have 2 ,3 or 4 wires to it
if it only has one wire , that is the temp gauge sender unit and not the coolant sensor the coolant temp sensor reports to the ecm and that unit then switches on the fan relay that spins the fan
if you unplug the coolant sensor and the fan starts to run you have a serious coolant temp sensor circuit problem
take it to an accredited service center and have it sorted

Cooling fan runs continuously, even after shutting the ignition off

sounds like it could be a relay.

With everything plugged in and the fans running with the key off remove the cooling fan 1 fuse. Do they stop?

If they do not stop remove the cooling fan 2 fuse. Do they stop?

Coolnet fan doesn't come on. can u plz help

Unplug the coolant temperature connector on the side of the engine above the transmission. Place a jumper wire on the connector that you unplugged. Now, turn the key to run position, don't start the engine though. Listen to see if the fan runs at this point. If it does, this shows that it is capable of running. If it doesn't, you will need to unplug the connector at the fan and supply voltage from the battery to both terminals going to the fan motor. If it doesn't run at this point, replace the fan. Keep in mind that on the Saturns the fan often doesn't come on until the temperature gage is over the half way mark at about 5/8 of the way.

I have a Luxeon v1 that runs for about 1-2 hours and then shuts itself off. The bulb is off but the fan is still running. I am unable to turn off the projector and I have to unplug it from the outlet to...

First of all, DO NOT unplug the unit until the fan stops. The fan should continue to run until the lamp has cooled down completely. This is normal. If the unit is shutting down on its own, perhaps the fan is not working good enough. Check for debris in the fan area and be sure that there is enough ventilation to keep the unit cool. The shutdown may be a safety shutoff because of heat.

Check the fans and update this with what you find.
