The problem your oven is having is an all to commonly occurring problem with the self-cleaning functions.

Possible solutions are listed below.
Use those that apply to the existing condition your having.

Try removing the electric cord from the wall socket. Leave the oven and or entire stove unplugged for several hours before plugging it back into the electric power. By doing so, this may release the locking device.

If that fails, once again unplug the appliance, try using a thin blade knife or screw driver to release the lock by entering through the latch lever space between the door and the ovens outer frame.

If this method fails, you may have to remove the entire glass front panel and access the locking device from inside the cabinet.

Before attempting any repairs, first, check ALL the function control settings, on the front panel. Doing this is only to verify that all control selections are set correctly.

Try every optional setting possible, in an attempt to verify that no optional selection, setting and or condition has been overlooked which may be possibly causing the problem.

If all the above is determined to be accurately and correctly set, most likely the micro switch, in the door locking mechanism, which activates the self-clean cycle is stuck, even though the lever is released and the door opens.

What your likely going to need to do is remove a cover plate or panel which covers the locking device, in the ovens door frame {not in the door} and attempt to manually release the locking device and or tiny micro switch.

CAUTION:
Be careful doing this. The appliance must NOT be plugged into the electrical power source!!!!

If it is not possible to determined exactly how to release the mechanical locking device, removing the wires attached to the tiny micro switch may be necessary. If you do remove the wires, be sure to use electrical tape to wrap the wire terminal ends to prevent any possible electrical shorts or electrical groundings.

Should the wires need to be removed and it does solve the problem, you then have two other choices. Leave the wires unattached, reassemble the access part or parts removed and continue to use the oven without using the self-cleaning cycle again.

Have that self-cleaning function fixed by a service professional when some other operational function fails and a service representative is needed to correct that condition. In this manner, two inoperative conditions can be corrected with one in home service call.

If tripping and turning the circuit breaker off for about 10 minutes does not work, contact Frigidaire. Sounds like the control board and/or door switch will need replacing.

How do you remove the door from a frigidaire gallery series double wall oven(self cleaning)?

Open the door and look at the hinges the connect the oven door to the oven body, on each side you will notice a piece that can be moved back and forth without moving the door, roll each side toward the oven body this should be the locked position, now try to close the door and you will notice the hinges lift up. At this time you need to pull up and push forward on the door and both hinges will come out.

I turned on the cleaning switch for my self cleaning wall oven and now it seems to be finished but mthe door lock is still on and the oven keeps making a buzzing noise what do I do?

If the lock does not open after the oven has cooled down, then try this: First, unplug the range or shut off the circuit breaker for ten minutes. Plug the range back in or turn on the circuit breaker. Set the clock and try moving the door lock lever or opening the door. Next, set the self-clean cycle again and only allow it to work for twenty minutes. Cancel the self-clean cycle and allow the oven to cool. Gently try moving the door lock lever or opening the door

Door locked after cancelling self clean option

Open the door. In the upper left corner, press and hold the door switch (the one that controls the inside light). Start a self clean cycle and wait for lock motor to engage. When the lock stops moving it should be in the unlocked position. Press cancel to stop the self clean.

If you need more assistance let me know.
Good luck!
