Question about Philips Magnavox 51MP392H Rear Projection Television
I'm going to guess here that one of the "excuses" has been the delay in getting replacement parts, yes? This is a common problem with service centers that unfortunately is outside of their control. If you can provide more detail about what is happening, perhaps I can clarify the process and teh service center's frustration as well as your own.
