If your school "blocks" usage of time-wasting sites such as Facebook and YouTube, and you clicked "I agree" to obey the school's policies for usage of the school's computers, you risk getting suspended or expelled from school, if you violate those policies.

The reason why your seeing blocked is because the school network administrator has blocked everyone from getting on facebook while attached to the school wireless or wired network. Even if you tried to get on the internet from you cell phone using the schools signal, you would still be blocked. You can always ask the network administrator to make an exception from you.
