Question about Dell Latitude D810 Notebook
Plugging-in the earphones physically DISABLES the built-in speakers. Unplug the earphone, to ACTIVATE the built-in speakers. Hopefully, the action of unplugging will move the MECHANICAL contacts -- if that mechanism is broken,
then it's like trying a broken light-switch -- you can flip the switch,
but nothing happens.
