Question about Televison & Video
You are going to need to get a replacement power supply put into the TV. Also after that I suggest you get a battery back up unit for the tv (basically a surge protector with a battery built in) that will protect against anything like that in the future.
But it definitely is the power supply in the TV that is the problem. Let me know the make and model of the TV and I can find the part for you.
