First you should try and contact the seller to resolve the problem, but if that does not work then you canissue a claim through the PayPal Buyer Complaint Process (follow link and log in: You must do this within 45 days of making the payment.
Click "Dispute a Transaction" and work through the steps.
Once you issue a claim, PayPal will investigate the case and attempt to come to a fair resolution.
They will try to complete their investigation and provide any reimbursement within 45 days from the date the Buyer Complaint Form is filed.

Is there any Car Insurers who let you use your no claims from a bike towards your car quote?

Basically the answer is no, But, a friend of mine did this a couple of years ago, he had about six years on his bike insurance and when he came to get a car, he told them about the bike insurance and they took it into consideration and gave him a discount. Possibly: You'll need to check with individual insurers. I would suggest getting quotes without any NCB and then phoning the company of your choice & asking if there would be any discount for your year's claim free riding.

First try to contact the seller to resolve the issue, if no response you can file a dispute. The steps below outline this process.

Beware! Its a scam. Do NOT give out any personal information. If you do, they (the senders) will probably ask you to deposit a small fee so they can send you the prize money. After receiving your cash they will move away!

We mislaid the origonal receipt and requested a reprint from JB HI FI West Lakes SA on16/7/2009 and attached this receipt to our claim covered by the reference number noted. I would ask you to reconsider...


Not sure why you are sending this to This forum is based in the USA, although I am in your State at Macclefield SA . This letter should be directed to Consumer and Business affairs as well as JB. Hi Fi

I do know that with out the original receipt or any proof of purchase you have buckleys of making a claim. Who's to say that you really did buy it at JB. Maybe the sales person who dealt with you would recognise you and vouch for authenticity.

If a warranty claim is being sought the claim should be honored despite proof of purchase from JB as it is a National/International warranty anjd is associated with the warranty card in the unit..
In re reading your letter for reorientation to the problem,
It seems that you have submitted a claim, but we and i are not privvy to the "Instructions" you were given. I can only assume and that won't answer your question.
If it related to freight to repair It is common to have the buyer to pay for return of the item. But this is all guesswork that I am solving what you want.

Just bought lap top from ebuyer but have not recieved a product key for office 07

Did you purchse Office along with the LT ??? I asume you bought the LT only. LT's these days when sold, come with a 30 day office 2007 trial version. After this trial version, you must "PURCHASE A OFFICE KEY" to activate your product. You will not receice a CD, you will only receive a serial key to activate your office again. You'll get the CD-KEY when you go to the people where you bought the LT. If you have purchased office AND the LT together, then you can most probably go to the sales place and "claim" your office CD-KEY, or give it back in so that they can enter they key and activate office for you.
