Question about iRiver H10 MP3 Player
There is a volume lock on this model - make sure it's not on. Check your user manual for details. If that fails to resolve, reset, recover, repair, firmware upgrade (these are the "soft fixes" - check my profile/solutions for instructions on these, or just reply back). If those methods fail, just find out if you're in-warranty and replace it.
