You need to flash or reformat your Nokia 1661-2b, you will need a software for your phone. You can download Nokia Software Update online. After downloading the software connect your phone using a cable.

Hope this solution helps. Thanks For using Fixya

Nokia 7310 Cellular Phone Diplaying Contact Servise Why? Please help me to solve this problem

Hello, welcome to Fixya!

the phone has reached end of its life span, that's why it is asking you to "contact service". Contact service actually means, contact the manufacturer (Nokia). The phone's operating system is affected and cannot boot.

I think its high time you purchased another phone.

Good luck.

Model: Nokia 1662 I have put wrong security code 4-5 time, now my security code is not working, kindly help me how can i unlock my phone? email mahesh_friend@live.com

since you mentioned that you have already entered the wrong pin more than thrice, your security code will not work anymore as the phone will ask your for the PUK already. You need to contact your service provider for them to provide your PUK.
Once you have your puk already, enter it on your phone then afterwards, your phone will be working properly.

Enter phone lock code nokia n95

  • PUK means "personal unlocking key" .
The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.
You need to call your phone service company, they can retrieve the puk code from a database
    for free.
In your case you need to contact your SIM card phone provider technical support to unlock the SIM.
The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.
If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone should not ask for the PUK anymore.
Your rating is highly appreciated on this matter.

My Nokia 5220 XpressMusic ask for security code which is forgotten so I can use only one particular SIM card. How to unlock this phone?

If you've already set up a security code on the phone. Nokia's factory default security code (12345) won't work on your phone anymore. You would have to contact nokia directly for assistance to unlock the phone at Nokia Care Contact Center at 1-888-NOKIA-2U (1-888-665-4228).

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free.

In your case you need to contact your SIM card provider technical support to unlock the SIM.

The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.
