Turn it off.... there is no reason to waste the electricity if you have it empty for more then a few days...plus an empty fridge is very hard to cool and will run alot more....

this is a common fult,,strip carbs and clean the neadle velves and float pivit pins,,,if you run the carbs dry when you know your going to leave the bike standing it wont happen any more!
it depends on how often you use it and if you have a good cover with thermal value. If you use the spa more than once a week, then it's probably more cost effective to leave it at temperature. If its more like once or twice a month, then probably better to lower the temp. My spa uses about $30 per month of power leaving it at 104 degrees.
