Please just go through the below steps and you can fix your problem
. Open a blank document in Microsoft Word. On the "Mailings" tab, click "Labels." Leave the "Address" box blanks and select "Options." This will bring up the "Label Options" dialog box so you can customize them.
. Select the type of printer you are going to use. Under "Label Vendors," select the supplier of your package of label sheets. Select the "Product Number" of your label sheets. Click "OK."
. Click "Print," select "Full Page of the Same Label."
. Click "New Document." This creates a document with a sheet of labels laid out. Type the text for each label and make changes to the formatting. You can change the colors and fonts using the "Home" and "Page Layout" tabs.
. Save the document. Click the "Microsoft Office Button" and select "Print." Make sure the labels are properly put into your printer tray. Select the number of copies you want to print. Click "Print."
