Not so much a reroute as a different source. Do I assume you have perhaps a smaller 3-pin connection and would rather go with a larger 4 pin (or vice-versa)? There are splitters that will let you run a second 4 pin off of a single connection (about $5). If you want a 3-pin, there will be a space for that on your motherboard. Ensure when buying a new fan that it has the proper connector if it doesn't come with both.
If this isn't what you were looking for in an answer, could you explain what it is you're trying to do? Thanks

Leave the disks off and see if you can get to the BIOS. If so, that probably is your problem. Set the BIOS to reflect the disks you have.

Those are the power switch button wires. They should slide onto the motherboard only one way. Look very carefully and the plastic should be molded for one fit.

usually if the wires have a name on the end of them check your motherboard very carefully probably with a torch or lamp you will see the same name as on the end of those wires on pins connectors on the motherboard if it says audio ac'97 on the end of the wire you will find the ac'97 pins on the motherboard then connect if it doesnt work take out and turn the connection around the other way to see thats all i can offer hope it helps
