If you are talking about problem with your password

You need to prepare:
1:A blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive
2.A computer which can link to internet
3.A program called Windows Password Recovery 6.0

Get started with this 3 simple steps:
Website: http://lost-password.net/products/windowspasswordrecoery.html
Step 1 - Download windows password recovery utility and install it.
Step 2 -Burn your Windows Password Reset CD:
To burn your CD, you'll need a blank CD-R and the .ISO file of Windows Password Reset.
Step 3 - Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows password.
hope this helps

HP Laptop won't come back on after sleep mode - have to reboot

Check the Power settings in BIOS. Some of the laptops have a S1 and S3 setting. Check to see what setting it is on, and switch to the other one. Most likely, it is set to S1.

Without the model number, it is kind of hard to tell you how to navigate through the BIOS, but with HP laptops, you can get to the BIOS menu by pressing "F10" when you first turn the computer on and you see the HP logo.

How do I reset bios on HP laptop?

To restore the BIOS default setting, open the BIOS Setup screen as follows:

(i) Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.

(ii) Turn on the computer.

(iii) When the first screen displays:

(a) Immediately press the F10 key if your computer was built in 2006 or later (came with Vista).

(b) Press the F1 key if your computer was built before 2006 (XP or earlier). Press the key once every second until a BIOS Setup utility screen opens.

NOTE: On some Compaq Presario computers (before 2002), press the F10 key at the logo screen.

(iv) After the Setup Utility screen opens, press F9 key to select and load the BIOS Setup Defaults .

(v) Press F10 to Save and Exit .

(vi) Using the arrow keys select Yes and then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?.

Go into the BIOS and disable the error message. You will need to look around in the BIOS to find the exact location of the enable/disable setting for case intrusion.
