Question about Pioneer Televison & Video
Your PIO-TV has two power buttons, the main switch will reset your TV. It is possible that the power/defelection board can be repaired but for best results a new board (about $250-350) will be a long term solution. Good Luck.

Your tv is going into "shutdown" mode for one of many possible reasons. More than likely you will need a new circuit board. The only possible way to correct it yourself is to unplug unit from it's power source and hope it resets. Allow 5 mins. before restoring power. Do-it yourselfers can get prices online using part numbers from board. This can save service center's parts markup. Hope this helps, good luck.
