Question about Garden
Since the machine runs, I'm assuming the carburator and the rest of the fuel system is in good order. So, the blades may need oiling. Give 'em a shot of WD-40 or something similiar. If that doesn't do it, be sure the blades are not bent or cracked or otherwise getting in each other's way. Last check: there should be a gear box--usually on the underside of such units--for the blades' driving mechanism. If there isn't a greasepoint or another type of lubrication point, open up the gearbox and see if the gears are still meshing correctly and are well lubricated.
