Question about Televison & Video
Try to reseat the DVI cable between the chassis and optical engine. If this doesn't fix the problem, you will have to replace the optical engine. The lamp is not causing this problem. A new optical engine can be pricey. You would have to get it from Mitsubishi. $450 + $300 core charge. You do get the core charge back when you send in the bad optical engine.
