Why did my black and decker air swivel just stopped while I was vacuuming

If you were vacuuming high carpet on the low carpet setting, you may have overheated the motor and tripped the thermal overload... try it again in a few hours and it may have cooled down enough to reset...

My Rainbow E2 low setting isn't sucking air, no bubbling at all.

The low setting is so low that in most cases it will not disturb the water like you may be used to with the high setting. This is normal.

How does vacuum volume settings work

I'm going to say you are talking about your floor setting, by turning it one way it looks short and the other way looks tall, these are carpet settings. So if you have short carpet you want it all the way down, if you have tall carpet you want it all the way up.

Will not maintained power in high setting. Runs fine in low power setting.

I would recommend thoroughly cleaning all filters, most likely the high setting is overheating the motor and the thermal protection circuit is tripping. In other words, the motor isn't "breathing" well.

Hard to push

There may be a dial or something to set your unit to "floor" or low, and "High", all for the type of carpet or flooring you are vacuuming... change the setting to the middle or "floor"/ low.

On the other hand, here is a silly experience we may be sharing- sometime these units have wheels set so that, when the unit is "parked" or upright, wheels come down in the back, thus pushing the front down. You can turn it on, but the wheels won't go back into the unit until you move the handle from the upright position... My ex spent 15 minutes trying to get the vacuum to be normal- and all she had to do was just get the handle back at 2 or 4 o'clock position, and it worked fine...
if that's what you did- you aren't the only one! :-)

Good luck.

I purchased a Sears Counter Craft Crock Watcher crock pot at an Estate Sale, but there is no instruction booklet. It has low, high, and auto shift on the dial. Can you help provide some instructions for...

From a couple of different slow cooker manuals - most I looked at are the same:

When in the AUTO setting, the slow cooker will begin cooking on HIGH and then will shift to LOW after approximately 2 hours of cooking time. AUTO setting does not turn off the unit. Other favorite recipes may be adapted to the slow cooker. All times listed in the following chart are approximate and should serve only as cooking guidelines.

Regular Cooking Slow Cooker Cooking Times

1 (Low) 2 (High) AUTO

30 minutes 6-8 hrs. 3-4 hrs. 5-7 hrs.

35-60 minutes 8-10 hrs. 5-6 hrs. 6-8 hrs.
1-3 hours 10-12 hrs. 7-8 hrs. 8-10 hrs.

My brushes wont turn once the vacum is on the carpet.

If they are turning when they're off the carpet, then you have the brush height setting set too low. There should be a dial somewhere near the brushes, some say things like "high" to "low" or "high pile" to "low pile." Turn it one notch towards high/up and try it again, and keep turning one notch and trying until the brushes turn. You want them as close to the carpet as you can get them without them stopping. If this doesn't fix it, you have to be more specific as to whats going on.

My eager ****** chain saw will not stay running ?

The 3 adjustment screws are Idle, high and low.
First figure out which screws are which adjustment. Tighten the screws then turn them 1 full turn.
Then start the saw and get it warmed up. Work on the high adjustment. This does take a little while. after you get the saw running at high speed work on the low speed.
