The fault could be caused by several things, 1. it has a blocked air trap, 2.the lid switch is faulty. 3. The motor to gear box coupling has sheared off or the motor is faulty, there is nothing else that can cause this fault. Regards Engineer

it will be to do with the pressure switch it may be faulty, but more often than not there is a blockage in the pressure chamber which is located at the bottom of the outer drum, check the chamber and the tube that goes up to the pressure switch to see if they are blocked if they are clear of obstruction then test the pressure switch,to do this unclip the pressure switch from the side of the machine but dont take the wires off once off pull the tube off that goes down to the pressure chamber once off blow in to the nossle on the pressure switch, you should hear it click and then when you release it should click again, if it doet click twice then that is your problem, hope that helps.

Had this same issue and decided to check it out myself since I didn't have the warranty on my machine.
Before the machine can start the spin cycle, it needs to drain the water that touches the drum. If it cannot do this, you will get the "nd" error code which means "no drain". This can mean your drain pump is screwed or that something is jammed somewhere in the drainage patheway.
First drain the water using the little hose in the front of the washer. This can be done faster by putting the machine in test mode and test the drain pump. it'll push the water out much faster. Once you've drained the water, flip that bad boy on its side and start taking apart the hoses starting with the ones leaving the drum first. That is where I found my obstruction, a quarter :/ If there is nothing there, keep going till you hit the drain pump. You'll have to take it out to really get in there and unclog it. DO NOT HIRE SOMEONE TO DO THIS! I had never done anything like this before and was able to easily figure it out. GOOD LUCK!
