Question about Kenmore 35912 / 35913 Progressive Upright Vacuum
This is not a motor problem this sounds like a broken belt. Take the model and make # to your local used vac store and they can help you with the belt. If you dont or cant install it yourself bring the whole maching to them and they will do it for next to nothing.
