My screen says "no adj" and it wont work anymore aiwa am-f5

Check that the disc is inserted properly.Open the disc chamber and pull out the disc. Place the disc back in the unit and try again. Check the hold switches (both on the device and on the remote). If they are activated, the unit will not play. The hold switch on the device is located on the top right side. On the remote control, the hold switch is located on the left side. The internal lens may be experiencing condensation. Open the unit, remove the disc, and allow the unit to sit for a few hours to dry out.

If none of these options is working, try a system reset to restore all settings. Take a sharp object (such as the end of a paper clip) and stick it into the small "Reset" hole located on the back of the device. This should restore all factory presets.
