My sharp copier AR-407 is showing error code H5-01

hi this means you have had jams in the fuser or problems with the fuser/heater. You must clear all paper jams and the code by entering the simulation. to do this in a steady rythem press the # then the * then the red C key then the star key again. so its hash star C star
this will enter the sims. now enter 16 on the keypad then select yes. the machine may restart if this fails try the same as above but type 14 instead of 16, also 14 if you can. If this fails your fuser has a problem and may need parts changing

When i power on, it shows H4. the copier is Ar5520 sharp copier

H4 error is heat roller low temperature, try pressing the "#" key then "Interrupt" key then "C" key then "Interrupt" key to get into simulation mode and enter 14 and press start the follow instructions on screen (should be press ok). This will reset the code and restart the machine. When the machine restarts if the error was a not mechanical the machine should go. If not you have one of two most likely problems; you need to reset the thermal cut-out on top of the fuser unit or the fuser lamp is blown.

System error H4-00

H4 indicates a heating problem in the fuser. The roller never reached a specific temp. Make sure the fuser is free of any left over paper pieces (maybe from a paper jam). Check to make sure its clean.
Try reseting the the error in service mode.
To enter the test command mode, press the keys as
follows one after the other :
[#] key [*] key [C] key [*] key then enter 14 and press start/copy key. this clear error counter. make sure to restart copier afterwards.

How to remove h5-01 error code on a sharp arm550n copier

This is either:
10 continuous POD1, POD2 or PPD2 JAM
Other models this indicates too many fuser jams. The fuser error reset code will reset the machine so it will run after the problem is fixed.First remove any jam in the fuser then enter tech mode;
press program, * ,clear, * enter 1 4 press start then turn machine off and then back on.

H 4 error

If the Reset does not work, then you have a fuser error and your machine will need service.
H4 is a fuser heating error code.
Meaning the machine is not warming up because of a bad lamp, thermal fuse, thermostat, and or thermister.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Doesnt work

h4 - is a heater lamp error - fuser is not heating up - machine needs the fuser repaired before you can use it, it has probally got a blown heat lamp, could be thermister or thermal fuse but usally on these it isn't. If you a teco happy and 240v comfortable then remove fuser and check lamp and components for open circuit, if you do not know what you are dealing with then dont try.... call a tec, this area runs live 240v

now this is under AL-1641CS but you are saying also  Digi A161

so I'll give you both resets use at own risk do not put in any other number but 14, damage will result, but this code I doubt will help you untill original problem is fixed, oyur machine will reset but error again also.

CLEAR - EXPOSURE SELECT- CLEAR - EXPOSURE SELECT really fast like 2 secs, display should blank then 14 start

or Press: "Clear", "Interupt", "0", "Interupt", "14", "Start Key"
