You have a short thats blowing the fuse. More than likely the Horizontal output or regulator. I recommend if your trying to fix it yourself to get the service manual for your model at the following link, they will email the manual to you and that will qualify you for free tech support so they can help you with what to check and how to check it, they will help you get your set working again.

I would suggest replacing the board itself, chances are what caused those fuses to blow is still faulty. did you check those fuses again after you powered it back up?

If there is no power indicator, you could have gotten lucky and only the main fuse insiude the set blew. You can unplug the TV set, take off the back of the TV. Then where the line cord comes out of the TV set and plugs into the wall, look where the line cord enters the set and look for a glass type cylinder fuse. If it is black, most likely there is a short inside the TV set. If it is not black, try replacing the fuse with ONLY the type that is stamped on the side of the fuse. If the set still does not work, or if the fuse blows again, you will need to have the set serviced by a pro. Good Luck
