Hi,please rate me as in thumbs up 1 to 4 for my answer,im disabled myself & do this as i care.
Visit:WWW.ALLDATASHEET.COM Type in your product in the right boxes & choose to download the file as a PDF File to your Adobe Reader.Im not sure if the batteries are the gel kind, but if so,when the scooter is not used, its important to know all about charging as they can loose some of their strength,as regards the key on or off off is the option.Have a nice day Colin.

Will not charge battery

Two issues here as far as i know,
1) either the battery is old and died and hence doesnt charge.
2) the charger cable is bad or the adaptor is bad due to which the charging fails.
Solution
USe the same phone to another charger (borrowed from a friend or family member) and see if the phone charges. Or use the same battery in another (again borrow) device and charge the phone and see if it is working. you will know what the issue is. hope this helps.

I have a psp and i dont know if the psp is broken or is it my charger or battery please help!!!!!!! sony model psp-110 battery pack 3.6

Solution 1: Try to borrow from your friend psp charger and charge it if charging. this maybe the problem.

Solution 2. Try to borrow replace the battery if it will charge. This may be the problem.

Otherwise the problem would be the psp unit itself that you are using while at battery charging. Hence your are playing and moving, you have tendency to damage the charging port of your psp. This maybe the problem and need replacement of parts.

I have a Sny dcr-hc48 camcorder which stopped working some time back. this week i had my friend who came with the same camcorder and i swapped in his battery and my camcorder started working. but if i...

First: put your battery in your friends camcorder and use ur friends charger to charge the battery.
Then put your battery back into your camcorder to see if it works.

If the battery works then this eliminates the battery as a problem.

Next plug your charger into your friends camcorder to see if it will power the camcorder without battery, if this works then the problem will most likley be the connector in your camcorder.

If this does not work then the problem will be the plug or the charger.

Next plug your friends charger into your camcorder if it does not work this will verify that the problem is the connector on your camcorder

Batteries won't hold a charge

Are the batteries really gettin a full charge or is your charger faulty. If you can borrow a voltage meter you can see what your battery is putting out and check the charger (plugged in) to test how much voltage it is putting out. If the Razor is 12 volt you can hook up a car/motorcycle charger to pump up those batteries. I don't think your batts are not holding a charge, i think they're not gettin a charge....good luck to you...Tim

Cant fold britax strider

Push the button in on the top of the handle, as if you are adjusting the height of the handle. At the same time, push the button where the handle goes in and keep pushing the handle. The pushchair should start to collapse. There's a catch on the right hand side near the front that keeps it folded together.

If you don't understand, I'll make a video for you.

You may want to check the A/C port. Some the ports can come loose from the motherboard due to wear. Can you tell if the computer is getting a charge from the A/C adapter?
