There is a product call LITKIT TM, it is a universal shipping kit for washing machines. www.litco.com

There are 4 videos for the LITKIT on YouTube, this is the link for the LG.

The LG video is the same type of install as the Maytag.

This model has shipping straps that are cut and removed from the machine during the first installation. I tied down the drum inside the machine (through the rear opening) using regular ratchet type tie downs and stuffed the front of the drum to prevent extreme back and forth motion.

I hope it works.

Unless your driving off of sidewalks you don't need to put them back in.

If a front load washer is being shipped with only 3 shipping bolts ( from korea to USA),would the washer be OK or there could be possible damage to the drum/washer in anyway?

3 bolts will be ok, The drum cannot move and as long as the other 3 bolts are intact and not broken then there won't be any damage to the machine.

We are moving our washer to another state. How do I drain the water? Are there any specific instructions in moving and storing it?

Yes, buy shipping bolts and have them installed to secure the outer drum. This is very important. Do not let it freeze. If it will be in freezing temperatures call a local repairman and have him get rid of any standing water in the outer tub and internal valves. Hope this helps,

Moving soon do u need to reinstall shipping bolts to move it

It's not 100% necessary, but if you still have them it would be a great idea for shipping

Does a Maytag Neptune MAH6500WH have retaining bolts or pins that need to be installed before it can be moved?

If you are moving the washer for a long distance move, it is recommended that the shipping bolts be reinstalled to help prevent damage to the drum and suspension mechanism. This would be especially important if you're using a professional moving company, as they won't be able to move/load/unload it without problems.

If the move is relatively short and won't experience alot of aggressive movement, you can likely move the washer without chance of damage - provided you are careful and don't bounce the washer around.

Here's the info from the Maytag website, regarding moving front loading appliances:

If you are moving to a new home and plan to take your front-load washer and dryer pair with you, please call 800-688-9900, and speak to a fabric care expert. Our expert can recommend a Maytag-authorized servicer who will reinstall new shipping bolts to your washer.

New shipping bolts must be reinstalled to avoid internal suspension and structural damage to your washer during transport.

OK, so get your model number handy and give them a call, (you're missing some digits/alphas) you can get an online copy of your owner's manual that will show you the part numbers for the shipping bolts, if you've misplaced them, or give a call to the toll free number for Maytag, and they'll provide you with the part numbers needed so you can order them yourself and likely save some money versus having a service tech some out and do it for you/
