Quite often you may have to do the removal and restart your PC. Once you have done that, check your registry to make sure you have removed any traces of flashplayer. Before you edit your registry, make sure you back it up first. Should something go awry, you can go back and recover to the back up registry file. Also make sure you do one product removal at a time and check that the reinstall removed all pieces.
I am going to give you the link to the service manual for that laptop...the procedure for removing the keyboard starts on page 62 and runs through page 64. It involves removing the plastic bezel above the keyboard area, then removing the 4 screws attaching the keyboard to the palmrest assembly, then detaching the data cable from the motherboard. The link is below, give at few minutes to download, it is 8 mb in size. It is in pdf format so make sure you have the free download Adobe reader or another pdf reader installed.
