Alpug, that is a genius explanation! In my case it was enough to follow the first sequence and the printer worked again.
Note: Before I found this instruction I rang the offical serrvice of Canon and they saif I have to send in the MX320 for repair. No I don't need to do it.

    Thank's a LOT.

Well technically speaking, this guide above should be confidential, that is why Canon (and other brands) will always ask for it to be sent away, or taken to the nearest warranty repair centre for that brand. You following the steps of maintenance service to your own machine will usually void your warranty (especially if something was to go wrong after you had attempted to fix it on your own).

Cannon Printer mx320 error 5200 wont' restart

Error 5200 unfortunately is a Print head overheat error. Whatever you try to do to fix it will not work unless you replace the print and the main logic board. These two parts HAVE to be replaced as a pair to get the machine to work. However the costs are often more than the machine is worth. To be honest i would scrap it and by another. Its quite an uncommon fault but have seen it before (I am a Canon engineer)

My print is Canon MX320. I just changed a new ink, but the error 5200 occured. Do you know what happened? Thanks.

Error 5200 indicates that the print head temperature has exceeded the specified value. Turn off the printer and then turn on, if error still persist replace ink cartridge or print head.

Just remove the ink cartridge from the printer and clean the surface contact using a cotton moistened dipped in an alcohol .
Return back the cartridge and try to print again.

Try also to Press and Hold the STOP/RESET button until printer restart. Release the button when to completely initialize the printer
