it's from ArcSoft their a software company usually when their software isn't installed properly it displays this error, you can google the company name and get a new download and repair it or just uninstall the Media Converter/Media Impression, their common applications that can be classified as bloatware from manufacturers.
I'm not sure what a bell internet service pop up is but you should be able to get rid of it by using Task Manager.
Right click task bar > Start Task Manager > Applications Tab > Find the pop up > Right click > Go to process > End.
If you want to keep the program on the computer but just run it when you need to then go into MSCONFIG and uncheck the box for the anitvirus program and reboot the computer. If you want to remove it completely from your system then go into add/remove programs and uninstall the program and it will get rid of it completely and then reboot.
Please Restart your computer and get to 'safemode'.you can do this by pressing F8 before your window starts up then selecting safe mode from the options available.When u get into the safe mode,there will be a pop up menu asking u something,click 'no' button and then click 'restore my computer to a previous state'.you will be shown a calender,you should click the date before your friend gave you the virus,and then start the system restore.after sometime your computer will restart and everything will be all right.
