Take a good size paper clip, make it into an L shape and stick it in one of the holes at the dent, be careful not to hit the speaker. Turn the lower end of the L so it is flat, up against the grill and put gently to straighten out the grill. the other solution is to take the whole speaker apart and push from the inside.

It is unlikely that this is a problem with your speakers more likely that it is a problem with the DVD player itself. I would recomend trying another DVD player.
